EMPLOYEE LEANED AGAINST WALL TO WELD INSIDE A HOPPER. EMPLOYEE TACKED PLATE TO WASS AND WELDING ROD BECAME STUCK. EMPLOYEE PULLED ON ROD TO LOOSEN AND PLATE CAME FREE AND HIT HIM IN THE LEG.
