ON 6/22/02 EE REPORTED A RASH THAT HAD DEVELOPED ON HER FOREARMS. SHE WAS TREATED & RELEASED TO FULL WORK DUTY. ON 7/22/02, EE DEVELOPED RASH ON HER FACE & NECK. SHE WAS TREATED, RELEASED TO F ULL DUTY WITH LIMITED EXPOSURE TO IRRITANT. ON 8/28/02, AFTER FOLLOW UP VISIT SHE WAS INSTRUCTED BY PHYSICIAN TO HAVE NO CONTACT WITH IRRITANT.
