Narrative

EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO BREAK ICE FROM AROUND HIS STORAGE BUILDING DOOR. HE WAS USING A SLATE BAR TO BREAK UP THE ICE. WHEN EE TOOK THE SLATE BAR AND ACCIDENTLY STABBED HIMSE LF IN THE LEFT FOOT.
