LIFTING FEEDER CABLE AND FELT PAIN IN THE GROIN AREA. INJURED CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL FEB 28, 03. HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A HERNIA AT THAT TIME AND IT REQUIRED SURGERY. HERNIA WAS REPAIRED, BUT HE IS STILL OFF WORK.
