Narrative

OFF SIDE ROOF BOLTER WAS DRILLING A HOLE WHEN HIS FOOT JACK WAS AT REST ON THE EDGE OF A ROCK 12"" THICK. WHEN HE DRILLED THE JACK SLIDE OFF AND CANOPY CAME DOWN ON TOP OF HIS HEAD.
