WHILE INSTALLING A NEW SNUB ROLLER ON UTH 104 PLANT REFUSE BELT THE NYLON STRAP BEING USED TO LIFT THE ROLLER SLIPPED LETTING THE ROLLER FALL STRIKING HIM ON THE RIGHT SHIN AND FOOT.
