## Narrative

Ee states he stepped on beam in D/L and slipped, causing pain in knee. Originally thought to be arthritis since he was under doctor's care. Pain continued. Had MRI and on July 16 he was diagnosed with torn meniscus in knee. Placed on modified duty.
