## Narrative

While shoveling rock from a walkway to a conveyor, EE felt a pain in his back. This event was initially treated as a first aid since the EE was able to perform his normal duties within the restriction. After a follow-up on 2-10-2005, his restrictions were extended a month and physical therapy added, changed this injury to a reportable.
