## Narrative

Employee alleges he was taking a 25 ls rock from the 24"" saw and placing if on a pallet when he felt a pop in his back and the pain started medical history ceviled he had the same thing happen 4 other times with former ee and he also has diagneitive disk diease in his lower back.
