Employee reported: During a 2 hour time period he operated a roof bolter installing 6' resin bolts. When stopping to take a lunch break, experienced pain to his low back. There was no specific event that caused a sudden on-set of pain. His attached medical report indicates he suffers from degenerative osteophyte formation at multiple levels of the spine.
