## Narrative

A roof fall occurred in the south submain, entry #1, crosscut #27. The fall was approximately 18' long, 18' wide and 5' tall. The area was bolted with 6' & 8 point anchor bolts. The fall didn't affect ventilation, travel, cause injury or damage.
