EMPLOYEE WAS SEALING A STOPPING ON RIGHT MAINS PERM. STOPPING, USING B-BOND. WHILE BONDING STOPPING, HE GOT B-BOND ON HIS ARMS. HIS ARMS APPEARED TO HAVE A RASH AROUND ARM BETWEEN ELBOW & WRIST.
