## Narrative

Employee was jackleg bolting and reached up to turn off leg and felt a pop in shoulder.  He was examined by a Dr and released to work, returning the next shift.  On 12/1/06 employee was examined by another Dr. who placed employee in a sling, restricting his work ability.
