## Narrative

2 Millwrights were tasked with changing a v-belt connection between a hydraulic trolley and a sluicing rod on a strong liquor polishing filter. While dismantling the hardware, the sluicing rod dislodged from the polishing filter striking the millwright in  the face. The employee was knocked to the ground.
