## Narrative

Employee was struck by 10"" Polypropylene pipe being dragged by a tractor, knocking him to the ground. His left ankle was broken. The injured employee directed the tractor driver to pull the pipe, when the pipe moved it shifted striking the employee. All employees have been instructed to stand well clear of pipe and machinery when it is being moved.
