## Narrative

Employee has been diagnosed with ""trigger thumb? this condition could be the result of him using his right thumb to press the space bar.  He performs clerical work.  He received cortisone injections (medical treatment beyond first aid) but has not been restricted from doing his usual and customary work.  This case is reporable because of the injections.
