## Narrative

Employee states that after tripping rod on the 20th his right arm started to hurt.  He states that it was not getting any better and after tripping rods again the pain got worse so he went to the emergency room to get checked out.  It happened over a period of time between the days of 03/20/2007-03/25/2007.
