## Narrative

Employee received surgery to repair a right rc tear on 3/30/07. He began losing time his next scheduled shift on  4/3/07. There was no specific incident that resulted in his condition. His treating physician states that the rotator cuff tear was a result of his employee as a mechanic in underground coal mines.
