## Narrative

A fall of ground (approx. 45' wide x 100' long x 0-14' thick occurred at 11N 20B. Investigation revealed shear planes around 4', 9' & 14'.  Electrical cables & water line were torn down.  No injuries involved.  No other equipment involved.
