## Narrative

Employee was using overhead crane to pick up steel plate (4'X8'X1/4"") & put it in rack in maintenance shop. When sheet of steel plate slipped out of the steel clamp grip & pinned ee against steel table. This resulted in minor laceration/bruises to her left forearm & contusion/sprain to right ankle. Xrays were negative for fracture, but ee was placed on restricted duty due to ankle.
