## Narrative

Employee was working under primary crusher (A2-belt) to clear mtl. spillage.  Had not heard communication that maint. mech would be ""blowing down"" bars in crusher.  Dust was generated into A2-belt area & in effort to exit, employee slipped on rock suffering a severe ankle sprain/strain injury.
