## Narrative

Employee was pulling a water hose across the grade floor of the fines crusher, ""F side"" just on the south side of 9F conveyor, under the #4 rod screen area, when the collar of the nozzle suddenly got stuck in a section of the floor. Causing discomfort to the employee's back. Employee has been seen by a Chiropractor.
