## Narrative

EE was pushing himself up with both arms out of a work area & had a pop in right shoulder.NO medical attention.Became MSHA reportable on 10-12-11 at home lifting tore his shoulder muscle& on 12th got restrictions.Accident was reported 10/14/11 to work. Coder@ MSHA NOTE that the 12th was the date the accident became reportable so that MSHA is aware it was filed in 10 days properly.
