MAIN PRODUCTION HOIST WOULD NOT START AT BEGINNING OF SHIFT.  TROUBLE SHOOTING AND INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED.  DISCOVERED A BAD BEARING THAT REQUIRED REPLACEMENT.  BEARING WAS REPLACED 10/20/2011.
