## Narrative

Employee was checking on the bolter man & helper.  Employee and offside moved to the back of the drill rig. The brow had a rock that shot out and over the drill rig. Employee turned away and a baseball size rock that flew over the drill rig hit the employee on their right hand causing a laceration.
