Explosion Vents were modified to fit new style of 1 PSI rated clips. Manufacturer of old clips went out of business, causing us to fabricate/modify the bracket so the new clips could be used. When new bracket was installed it left a small lip/pocket for coal fines to collect causing it to smolder and build up and then fall down into cyclone causing ignition.
