## Narrative

While installing a crib block on top of a can support, the crib rolled and struck the employee's left hand catching the left index finger between the crib block and the metal frame of the scoop.  The incident did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules or regulations.  The employee was wearing metacarpal gloves.
