EE stated that while walking through the warehouse, turned to the left to look at something and felt a sharp pain in right lower back. Employee stated that they were not carrying any material nor was there a specific event that caused the pain. EE has continued to work and was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. On 10/20/16 employee started missing work due to surgery.
