## Narrative

Employee was loading 8 Foot threaded rebar bolt onto the bolter at a laydown when they felt a pull/strain in low back area. Seen by site medic, referred to ER where employee was referred to a Orthopedic specialist. Once a appointment was scheduled employee was given restrictions at this time.
