EMPLOYEE STATED Employee was using a vacuum truck to clean out the dust collector on TSK 2x1 silo.  Employee got lime in their eye while performing the work.  EMPLOYEE WENT TO EYE DOCTOR AND RECEIVED A PRESCRIPITON.
