Today, January 26, 2021, the employee indicates that when employee finished work schedule on Sat., January 23, 2021, employee cleaned the cab & the ladder of the truck with water. As employee was getting out of the truck, employee slipped & grabbed the handrail. In those moments employee felt pain in left arm & back.
