## Narrative

While employee was chucking the driver on the CMAC bolter EE pinched the edge of EE's right palm between the driver collar and the hammer chuck resulting in an avulsion. Seen by site medic, referred to ER, x-rays and sutures not needed, but restrictions were issued to prevent infection.
