EE WAS DRIVING A IT28B DOWN THE BACK ROAD TO MOVE EQUIPMENT. THE EE WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HILL, AND THE LOADER WAS GAINING SPEED, GOING TOO FAST TO STOP. THE LOADER CRASHED INTO A BERM BLOCK.
