## Narrative

Employee was moving a block from a pallet to construct a stopping, when EE overexerted and felt pain in the lower back, resulting in a sprain/strain injury. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor.
