## Narrative

The SP Material Hoist had a car derail while going into the mine.  This derailed the car and the slope car.  The hoist was down until the car was rerailed and the load was placed back onto the car.  No issues were found with the cars after they were rerailed.  MSHA was notified via the hotline.
