## Narrative

Employee and helper, were carrying a Z Drill down the LW face using a slate bar to distribute the weight properly between one employee to another. Helper lost balance, causing the drill to slip and move more weight onto employee's shoulder. They collected themselves and went on to work the remainder of their shift.
