## Narrative

The employee was entering the warehouse driveway and a truck was in the driveway waiting in line to be loaded.  The worker pulled to the left of the truck and made a hard left turn toward the parking area and hit a light pole.  The light on the light pole was on at the time of the event.  The worker complained of neck and back pain.
