## Narrative

On 4/20/2023 the employee was walking along the DB800 catwalk when the employee tripped over a cable across the catwalk & fell, employee sustained a contusion on right elbow. The case was considered First aid. On 5/1/2023 the employee complained of back & knee pain. On 5/1/2023 the employee sought medical treatment & was prescribed pain medication & was placed on restricted duty.
