## Narrative

EE reports standing on and then slipping off an old hanger plate in SCM laydown yard. EE was attempting to locate parts. Slipping caused a fall to ground during which employee's right arm struck the hanger plate. EE reported incident to Supv.  6/11/23, reported to Clinic 6/12/23. Employee was sent to Company Care and placed out of work.
