## Narrative

Employee was a passenger in a mantrip facing outby, traveling into the 11 West Section, when the mantrip slid into the e-ride at the end of the track causing a sprain/strain injury to the employee's neck and back. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency not a factor.
