Reportable Hearing STS.  Audiogram clinic review of 2023 audiograms indicated that the clinic missed a 2022 recordable STS due to issues transferring baseline data to the new clinic's system.  This report is for a 2022 confirmed STS confirmed to the operator by the clinic on 08/16/23.
