## Narrative

Operator was pulling on 1B cloth to realign on roller.  While pulling on cloth, operator slipped backwards, their hard hat and goggles fell off.  When the cloth picked up the ""cake"" again, it then splashed in the liquor sending caustic on their face and eye.
