Noise Induced Hearing Loss >25dB confirmed to be work related by an Audiologist. Miner has been enrolled in Hearing Conservation Program since employment began in 2005. Audiogram confirms (2,3, 4 kHz) worse than or equal to 25 dB HL in the right and left ear.
