## Narrative

Injured pinched finger between hydraulic jack and handrail at train loadout. Initial x-ray reading negative, with formal reading being inconclusive and only finding a ""possible"" fracture. No problems with equipment or compliance issues, training or PPE. Submitted to terminate citation #9931822.
