## Narrative

While walking to load next retail truck in loadout section of #14 Prep Plant, employee's wet boot slid on floor causing RIGHT ankle to ""twist"" while attempting to change direction. Employee was taken to local Urgent Care for observation and diagnosed with sprain to RIGHT ankle.
