## Narrative

While dismounting from the driver's side of a water truck, the employee missed the bottom step and fell backward, landing on their backside. Initial injuries included a scrape to the arm and leg and back soreness (first aid). On 2/11, they reported neck stiffness, received medication, and were recommended physical therapy starting 2/21.
