Employee failed annual hearing test on 5/9/25 and was retested on 5/28/25 where it was suspected of an STS in left ear, A 3rd party audiologist confirmed this to be a reportable shift of the left ear on 5/29/25 via e-mail to operator making this a reportable hearing loss
