## Narrative

EE was working in center of track dozer replacing hydraulic hose. Describes being in awkward position, bent over, and then standing up and feeling shooting pain and having their back ""lock up"" when trying to stand up. EE has long history of back pain, with surgery and injections. Currently treating for this. Put on restrictions site cannot offer modified duty for.
