## Narrative

Mobile mechanic had been torquing a fastener on a loader bucket tooth when the hand tooling slipped, resulting in the mechanic twisting the left knee. ""The accident occurred on 8/29/25, however, the EE was cleared to go back to work the same day. The EE chose to return to place of residence and got an off-site diagnosis, which was provided to the mine operator on 9/23/25.""
