## Narrative

EE was installing 42"" pipe when the wind blew into the pipe causing dust and debris to enter EE's left eye. Seen at eye doctor on 4/23, diagnosed with a foreign body in the eye which was removed and prescription eye drops given. Released to full duty on next shift.
